Construction continues to face major diversity challenges, with only 11% women and 5.4% ethnic minority representation in the workforce. 

To address this, CTEC is delivering research that explores:

  • Recruitment and retention challenges faced by employers
  • Regional gaps and differing labour market needs
  • Pathways for experienced workers to transition into construction teaching.
